答：老师也说过,副词可以修饰形容词的.如：very good之very修饰形容词good.
但不是任何副词都可以修饰任何形容词的!

1.rapidly -->rapid,修饰名词development
rapidly可以修饰谓语动词develop,rapid可以修饰名词development,rapidly不可能修饰形容词economic,更不可能修饰名词development.
2.the number of ...are decresing...-- is decresing,主语是单三the number
3.who use bicycle --> bicycles
4.bicycle is bound to die out ,--the bicycle is ...
或bicycles are .,
bicycle是一个可数名词的单数,一般情况下,不能单独存在（裸奔,前面没有限定词）.by bike 是抽象用法.
5.die out后面的句号改为逗号,the information ...成为主句.
6.believe that后的这个bicycle也要改成复数或the bicycle
7.to play an extremely important role in ...
看来这个可以作为改错题.再找一找,说不定还有几处语法错误!
