with:by means of something or using something.凭借某物,使用某物（加的对象是具体的事物）
e.g.We cut things with a knife.

by:1.using a particular thing 靠...,通过...(加的对象用零冠词）
e.g.People can communicate by phone.
Lots of students go to school by bike.
2.doing a particular thing.通过（做某事）（加动名词）
e.g.She earns her living by selling books.
through:using a particular person,organization etc.to help achieve something 通过,经由（加的对象是个人,组织）
e.g.I got the information through Mr.Wang.
She found a job through an employment agency.
