But the key problem is really money. China is already spending hundreds of billions of yuan on domestic(国内的 )railway expansion. China hopes that resources from other countries could stream into China to support development. It"ll be a win-win project. For other countries, the railway network will definitely create more opportunities for business, tourism and so on.
