Nowadays, many university graduates find it difficult to find a good job. Usually hundreds of students
compete for a good job and only a few of them may be lucky enough. They often refuse some jobs just
because they need hard working and can’t get highly paid. On the other hand, It is thought that most
university graduates lack a spirit of working hard and cooperate in jobs. They are good at theory but
can’t do anything when meet with practical problems. Experts say graduates should face the reality and
form a good state of mind to get used to the society.
