A Nobel Prize(诺贝尔奖) is considered by most people one of the highest international honors a person can receive. As you know, the prizes were started by a Swede(瑞典人) called Alfred Nobel. The city of Yangzhou came into being at the Spring and Autumn Period ( about 500 AC ).
